1. Invoice matching and approval routing.
An accounts payable clerk receives an invoice, opens the ERP, searches
for the purchase order, checks the line items, and routes it to the
approver. Every day, many times. The AI agent reads the incoming
invoice (PDF, email, EDI — all of them), matches it against open
POs in the ERP, flags discrepancies, and routes to the right approver
with a pre-filled summary. Exceptions get a human. Matches go through
in under 30 seconds.
2. Lead qualification and first-contact follow-up.
A new lead comes in. Someone checks the form submission, looks them up,
decides whether they’re worth a call, and writes a first-contact
message. Usually hours later. The AI agent reads the lead, scores it
against your criteria, drafts the first-contact message in your voice,
and queues it for human review or sends it directly — within minutes
of the form submission. Hot leads get contacted before they move on to
the next option.
3. Shift reports and production summaries.
At shift end, a supervisor fills out a report. They pull numbers from
the machine log, the ERP, and the clipboard — and write a summary
that someone else then reads and summarizes again for management. The AI

the moment the shift ends, and distributes it to every recipient. The

threads, proactively flags anything not confirmed or behind schedule,
drafts follow-up messages, and keeps the internal team current without

5. Compliance event generation (NF-e, eSocial, SPED, Open Finance).
Brazilian regulatory compliance is a daily software problem. NF-e
authorization, eSocial event triggers, SPED record generation, Open
Finance reporting — each requires reading data from the ERP,
formatting it to a specific government schema, submitting it to the
right API, handling retries, and logging the response. The AI agent
